When you shop Zoey’s Castle, you are not only shopping small, but are allowing this mommy the ability to come alongside her daughter, Zoey, as she blossoms and blooms!

When will an item be back in stock? This largely depends on whether or not the item is still in production.
Do you offer Wholesale? Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale.
Do you offer baby boy clothing? At this time our clothes cater to baby girls 0-24 months. However, there are select items that could cater to both a baby girl or baby boy such as our bamboo organic footies, t-shirts, and onesies.
Do you offer children’s clothes? At this time, we are only offering sizes 0-24 months.

Ordering
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email: Our emails are generated automatically by our system and go to the email address used on the order.
First, please check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you don’t see it there, please email info@zoeyscastleboutique.com with the name you used on the order and the email you want your order confirmations sent to.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When you order from Zoey’s Castle, we do our best to ship your order out as quickly as possible, because we WANT you to receive your pretty little things! Your order will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and any USPS/Federal Holidays). We ship via USPS & UPS.
If you select and pay for Rush Processing, your order will ship out the next business day via USPS Priority and will typically reach you 2-3 business days after that.
We also have expedited options through UPS. Once you enter your shipping address, all of the available options in your area will pop up. Please keep in mind, UPS Next Day Air service does not include weekend deliveries.
*We cannot guarantee against USPS/UPS delays due to USPS/UPS errors, weather, or USPS/UPS high volume delays (i.e. Christmas).
We cannot expedite shipping once something has been shipped. If your item is taking longer than expected to reach your mailbox, please contact your local post office with your tracking number before contacting Zoey’s Castle.
Shipping
Shipping & delivery times can vary depending on a number of factors including the mail carrier you’ve chosen (USPS vs UPS), your location, and package size. For the most detailed tracking updates, we recommend entering your tracking number into your postal service’s website.

My tracking says my order was delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?
Don’t worry! We know how frustrating that can be. If you haven’t already, check or re-check your front or even back doorstep AND your mailbox. If you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS station through their local number and not the USPS hotline. The same goes for UPS. Make sure you have your tracking number readily available to make your process easier whilst talking to them. They will be able and willing to give you up-to-date tracking information. If the package has been stolen, please contact your authorities. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Products can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To kick-start the return process, please email us email us at info@zoeyscastleboutique.com.
Have you received my return?
All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your package. If you have the tracking information and that time frame has passed, please email us at info@zoeyscastleboutique.com.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Please inspect your items upon receipt carefully. We inspect all items before they are shipped out. We require notification via email within 5 days of receipt. Please email us at info@zoeyscastleboutique.com with photos of the damage. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
I received the wrong item/color/size. What do I do?
Please notify us immediately via email at info@zoeyscastleboutique.com. We will respond to you within 1-2 business days to resolve the issue and get you the correct item as soon as we can!
