Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of order date. We ship Monday-Friday.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We do offer Free Shipping on orders that are over $100.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Take photos of any damaged items and packaging and keep the packaging for claims. Please contact your local post office to file a claim. 

We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, we will notify you via the email provided upon checkout. Original shipping will not be refunded on any other marked reason. You are responsible for any reshipment charges.
