Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Orders without original confirmation number will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued upon approval. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the ordered and/or recipient. We will not provide refunds for shipping fees.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow us 1-2 business days to inform you of the status of your approval. If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damage or Defective items:
Please inspect your ZCB order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your items are damaged or defective, If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email with photos at info@zoeyscastleboutique.
Non-returnable items
Discounted items or gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
